Description

The Young Professional-in-Training Programme at Transnet Freight Rail is a structured two-year graduate development initiative aimed at equipping unemployed South African graduates with essential workplace experience and professional skills. Participants will receive both theoretical and practical training, guided mentorship, and periodic performance assessments every six months.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a two-year structured graduate development programme within Transnet Freight Rail
  • Gain practical work experience and mentorship in assigned functional areas
  • Complete institutional and on-the-job training as outlined in the development plan
  • Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and projects under supervision

Qualifications

  • Degree: BA Law, LLB, BCom Law, or Contract Law
  • NQF Level: 7 qualification from a recognised tertiary institution (University, University of Technology, or College)
  • Experience: No prior work experience required
  • Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen
  • Age Requirement: Between 18 and 35 years old
